New York State Residents: Add ship-to county tax only for items under $110
(contact me for quote, ex: Suffolk County, 4.625%).
Add 8.625% NYS Sales Tax for items over $110. I can send an invoice prior to
payment. Default tax setting for sales shipped within NYS is 4.625% for Suffolk
County.
Shipping: Items ship within 2 business days after complete payment Monday
through Friday. Please 'contact seller' for shipping costs to other countries.
Buyer pays ALL shipping fees including return shipping.
Pickup: All furniture being picked up must be picked up within 21 days of
auction ending. After 21 days you will incur a storage fee of $50 per month.
Returns: Please shop responsibly. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the item is not
as described upon receipt. All complaints must be made within 3 days of
receiving your item. Buyer pays for ALL shipping fees including returns,
shipping is non-refundable. Insurance is recommended, seller cannot be
responsible for lost or damaged items. Shipping can be combined for
purchases within 5 days of each other if the buyer contacts seller prior to
